This is my first visit to an RMT for muscle tension in my back. It's a relaxing and cozy environment, therapist Gabrielle is very knowledgeable, agreeable and cheerful practitioner. It's very flexible to book an appointment with your therapist online, and you will friendly receive the reminder in time before the scheduled. Absolutely they are well worth a 5-star, and I would highly recomend this place.

I found Benefit Therapeutics as I was frantically looking for a massage a couple of days before Christmas. Amanda was very accommodating and willing to take on someone new during this time. She did a great job and focused on my target area as requested. Amanda checked in during the massage as well as offered stretches and an informational video as follow up. Very pleased with the massage and service and will return!

I’ve been going here for a couple of years and always feel very comfortable, understood and accepted.Amanda has really taken the time to help me with all my needs and she is very kind to myself and my daughter. I highly recommended this place!
