What I appreciated most about Ariana was their costumer service. They were quick to respond to any questions I had about my order and were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. They even followed up with me after the rug was delivered to ensure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase.
The ordering process was seamless, and the rug arrived within the expected timeframe. The quality of the rug is excellent, and looks even better in person than it did online. I was impressed with how well it was packaged and protected during shipping, which ensured that it arrived in perfect condition. Thanks Ariana for perfect home decor rug.
We cannot have synthetic machine made rugs that release toxic fumes in our home, so we only get our rugs at ARIANA. Their rugs are handmade of natural materials (wool & silk), individual art pieces. Worth every penny and the staff are so helpful. Photos of our two recent purchases..
