“I had a wonderful experience at New Me Esthetics & Threading Studio. Sapna did my eyebrow shaping and tinting, and I also had the Hydra Signature facial.

Sapna is very professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and caring. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole visit and paid great attention to detail. My eyebrows look much cleaner, more defined, and still very natural. The tint made my brows look fuller and more polished without being too harsh.

The Hydra Signature facial was also amazing. My skin felt deeply cleaned, refreshed, smoother, and much more hydrated afterwards. Sapna removed a lot of blackheads and buildup, especially around my nose area, and my skin looked brighter and healthier after the treatment.

The studio is clean, hygienic, and welcoming. I really appreciate Sapna’s patience and the care she puts into her work. I highly recommend New Me Esthetics & Threading Studio to anyone looking for eyebrow threading/tinting and facial treatments. I will definitely come back again!“

“The space is lovely and cozy and warm, but the best part is the stylists.
Emylia is the best - I moved over two hours away from Victoria, and still drive down to get my hair done by them. Everything they've done to my hair has made me leave feeling like my best self - highlights, lowlights, bright colours, managing my weird curly/wavy hair, chopping off my hair for bobs, long cuts, bangs, I have witnessed them do it all. I can show up with the vaguest idea of what I want done to my hair and Emylia executes it beyond perfectly.“

“I really had to take a proper moment to write this review for Ian at Jin Hair Salon. I’m usually very busy, so it actually takes a lot for me to finally sit down and post something like this but I truly feel Ian deserves the recognition.
I moved from Vancouver to Victoria almost 3 years ago. Back when I was in Hong Kong and even in Vancouver—I only go to top-notch salons for my hair. When I first moved to Victoria, I tried a place based on Google reviews, thinking it would be good. Unfortunately, the result was a disaster and almost cried at that salon. After that experience, I was honestly scared to get my hair done in Victoria.
But I didn’t want to give up. Earlier this year, I decided to try again, and that’s when I found Jin Hair Salon. On my first visit, I got a digital perm my 1st time ( I didn't a lot of Japanese hairnion straightening and regular perm), and the result exceeded my expectations. It lasted me about a year and a half, almost two years.
Today, I finally managed to find time to go back. I sat there almost for 5 hours, and I just want to say that Ian is incredibly patient and attentive. He put so much care into my hair, and I am extremely satisfied with the result.“
