Building a home with Josh Richmond was the best building experience I have ever had, and I have built homes with many other builders. Josh is very professional and was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had, and he was very invested in this being a positive experience for me, and I am very particular (discerning, fussy). I can't say enough about how enjoyable it was, to say the least! I would never consider using another builder!

We purchased a Richmond custom home in 2017 and have thoroughly enjoyed the house since then. Josh and his team built a quality home, were great to deal with throughout the construction process, and after sales service has been terrific.
