Our renovation was more of a rebuild. The entire house had to be gutted and restored as a result of a fire. The search for a general contractor itself was stressful and then we found Kapiti Built. The project ended up being a smooth and pleasant experience. Honestly this is because of Regan. He has excellent communication skills, is thoughtful, thorough and respectful. Truly appreciate his skill, knowledge, aesthetic, work ethic and team of people. Absolutely recommend Kapiti Built!
We purchased a house built by Kapiti Built and are extremely happy with the build quality and attention to detail. All of our guests comment on how beautiful and well built the house is when they first visit. Over the few years of ownership, we hired Kapiti Built to oversee a few upgrade projects (wood flooring with cork membrane in the basement, high end storage shed and privacy fence, concrete slab addition, patio heater and wood soffit upgrade, landscaping improvement and a few more small jobs). Regan at Kapiti built did a renovation on our master bathroom and we couldn't have been happier with the process and result!
