Honest, reliable and old-school service I moved here from the mainland, were finding a trustworthy mechanic felt impossible -everyone seem to focus on squeezing out as much money as they could. That is not the case with Shane. He runs his shop the old-school way: honest work, fair prices, and focusses on building long-term relationships. He only does the work that’s truly needed and always confirms everything beforehand, so there’s no surprise bills. His support staff is friendly, and knowledgeable. Once again Shane and his crew came through. My son bought a used car. Shane’s gave it an inspection, an oil change and replaced the washer reservoir, plus a front brake replacement. Runs great now. Thanks guys.
I wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Shane for his invaluable assistance during our recent holiday. His expertise and experience truly saved our trip, and we are incredibly grateful for that. Not only did he diagnose our vehicle's issues quickly and efficiently, but his friendly demeanor made a very stressful situation much more manageable for myself as well as my wife and stepson. His willingness to go the extra mile did not go unnoticed, and it made a world of difference for us. Shane was unable to work on a seized brake calliper because of the amount of vehicles he had at his garage but ordered the parts and offered his shop and tools so I could get our camper van back on the road and off to our up island vacation. He frequently would check on my work and assist when he could. He also kept my stepson occupied with free pinball and even offered my wife a vehicle to take into Ladysmith. Thanks to Shane and his mechanics who were also willing to assist we were able to enjoy our holiday without further worries. We can’t express how much we appreciated his help!
