They sent a knowledgeable and professional team member to analyze and correct a problem with an earlier repair. Then, without being asked, they covered the cost of the fix under their warranty program. I am very satisfied.

we had a toilet base flange break with my elderly MIL depending on it. It looked like it might be a big problem. Ben from LD Plumbing came within 90 minutes and had the toilet working again in an hour using a special base flange repair plate. I am highly impressed by the service and expertise.
