This company went above and beyond to get me my new furnace! Friendly,helpful,knowledgeable and reliable!
Our furnace quit on us this past Sunday and I saw Zoltera at the Kelowna Homeshow that afternoon. After talking to Doug we scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning with Dave to give me a quote on a new, high efficient furnace. He was there right on time, was very personable and the quote was excellent! They fit us in because it was an emergency situation and by Thursday we were toasty warm once again! The installer, Dario, was very professional and easy to deal with and Dave is definitely all about customer service, You couldn't ask for better! I highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs, you won't regret it, 5 stars all the way!
An extremely personal and integral company who puts their customers comfort first place. Matthew and Doug were very open and honest, knowledgeable, paid exquisite attention to detail, and were committed to schedule ensuring they did everything they could to get you in your home on time and on budget with an amazing system. We were in a difficult position occupying a new build when they fit us into their schedule ensuring they got us functional and operational. We were VERY impressed with Zoltera Mechanical and certainly give them a ‘gold star’. VERY highly recommend them.
