Just a word about above and beyond customer service. Built my home in 2006 and one of the frost free outdoor faucets began to leak. Found out from my builder, plumbing fixtures were supplied by Woseley. Went to their store and as the faucet was now outdated, I was informed that parts are almost impossible to find. The associates had a quick meeting and at that point, Dan Goodard mentioned that these parts are no longer available. (I just need a little brass pressure release fitting on the top of the tap, about the size of a golf tee.) This left me with the unenviable task of ripping open my wall from the inside and replacing the entire system. Dan them mentioned that he had similar taps on his home and he might have an extra one. Sure enough, he called the next morning, and he had, in fact, brought one from home for me. Picked it up, and installed it. Works Perfectly!!! This is the kind of thing you rarely see anymore. Thank you so much!!!! Will certainly be back for all of my future purchases!
