“I’m so happy that I called Exotic Nails on a whim and went in for a manicure and pedicure with Eric. The whole team there is lovely and kind, genuine and relaxed, and I was SO happy with the mani/pedi. I have a very hands-on job in horticulture, and as someone who is constantly gardening in the dirt and moving plants around, I was SO IMPRESSED with how the mani held up! So I had to go back. “I recently went in to get a perm done by Michelle, I was extremely unhappy with the way it turned out so I went back and talked to her and she offered to redo it in a couple of weeks, after a couple washes my hair was not at all curly but I had decided I didn't want another perm do to the amount of damage the chemicals had caused so I went back in to talk to Michelle to see if there was something else we could do since my hair wasn't curly at all anymore from the perm, I had expressed that I didn't want another perm right now and suggested a deep condition with a trim. She booked me in the next day for the service free of charge! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service! I had a bit of a long day at work and was feeling stressed, and in desperate need of soothing energies around me, i popped into happy nails & spa, and was warmly greeted by Tony, who said kindly he would see me in a few minutes, i happily took a seat. looking around the spa its very clean, the pedicure tubs are scrubbed immediately after each client. the salon has a very quiet competent energy about it. my turn came up and tony started working on me, with gentle hands, usually when i get my nails done, its not a comfortable experience, ive always been cut by the dremel when they pass over my cuticles. NOT ONE SCRAPE. i have found MY nail salon. i have incredibly beautiful nails that my husband absolutely loved when he came home. thank you so much tony. i will be back.
