BEWARE! good elsewhere, they said no fee and on legal papers his 4500 $ fee came up, despicable!
So disappointment with our experience with Verico Compass. We ended up having to find our own mortgage. I strongly do NOT recommend this company.
Ryan Jacob is the worst up here. Avoid him like a plague
