one of my favourite record stores to go to, the customer service is always amazing, incredibly kind and always helpful.
i love the variety of used and new music media, as well as how many genres they carry and the fact that they are able to order in a huge amount of things as well.
i’ve never had any complaints about this place, the only difficult thing would be parking but that is not fault of the store.

When you visit a new place you always check out the local record store.
We did it was a nice little place. Had loads of gems and a lot of albums I'd have snagged... but I made the mistake of saying I'll come back tomorrow (we were going to a festival that after) lucky for them they sold out of what we were looking at unlucky for us.
It was awesome though the staff was kind enough to say they could order and we would have if we lived in Kelowna.
Definitely worth your time if you're looking for some vinyl

Go to record store in the Okanagan, decent selection and can order a variety of records in for you, sometimes it takes a pretty long time but that’s not something they can control. Wish they had more limited edition and rare vinyls. Most of their inventory is just standard releases
