I can honestly say that I have never received this high level of care prior to my first visit today at Tutt Street Optometry! The staff are absolutely amazing, they all take that extra time to make sure that their patients understand what scope of treatment is required, why it is required, potential outcome as well as a very transparent explanation of the costs,,,not to mention that they’re all super friendly and just all around pleasant to talk to? Kudos to Dr. Tricia Rychjohn, you’re the Best!! I HIGHLY recommend visiting Tutt Street Optometry for all your eye care needs, you definitely won’t be disappointed!!

I had the opportunity to experience top shelf customer service here today...courtesy of Hailee...simply amazing...needed repairs to two pair of glasses...done within 10-15 minutes....and then she didn't want to charge me...nonsense to that plan...bought her a coffee...Jim Armitage
