The Team at Tops lead by Charles & Nancy are Tops, really great people to deal with, they always go the extra mile to help you out.
I tell all my friends and family about this mechanic shop. I never feel ripped off, they take time to educate on what the problem is with the vehicle and can give me a ballpark idea of cost so I'm never surprised. For someone who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, it really puts me at ease going here. I started going here because the person who owned my car beforehand highly recommended this place because they were family friends. My husband also goes here now and feels the same way about their services.
A month ago my car broke down down the road about a kilometre off highway 97 from this auto shop. My partner (lives long distance) called around trying to find some sort of road side assistance or onsite mechanic service. Every company he called laughed at him and hung up, under staffed, or said they did not offer such services. I had no luck trying to get a hold of friends for help either. Tops Auto Repair does not offer road side assistance. However, Shawn went above and beyond customer service. He came down the road to look and assist with his professional opinion.
