A Huge Rave to Serenity Aesthetics..Somewhat of a secret but they have won so many awards and have been in business since 2009.
I had the Alma Hybrid done and Amber was awesome, professional, knew what I wanted, was extremely pleasant and most importantly delivered results. The owner Janice stands behind and its so important customer satisfaction. If you are looking for a Skin Care Clinic that combines the very latest aesthetic equipment, expertise, kindness, real results and truly supports customer satisfaction this is the Best Clinic to go to.
Friendly staff, they made sure I knew exactly what my treatment would feel like. Only thing preventing me from giving them a 5 star review after my first meeting with them is the layout of their front area is a little hard to get around in a wheelchair.
I just went in today for the first time to get laser hair removal on my bikini… yeah I decided to do more areas. I was with amber and she was so helpful and comforting, I told her how Ive been thinking about doing a Brazilian but am uncomfortable with a stranger looking at my private parts, she explained everything so well and made me feel very comfortable to the point that I have decided to do a Brazilian next appointment. All the staff are super friendly, the environment is very clean and calming. Not to mention their Alexander laser hair removal machine is one of the best up to date. I highly recommend serenity aesthetic's to everyone.
