I just had an amazing experience with a staff member named Eden at the Kelowna Sephora location. She helped me select the best products and matched my foundation even though my actual colour ran out she made sure I got the right one.
She also gave great advice and knowledge about products and was very kind ? It was like talking to a friend about makeup.
Thank you Eden, for a great experience also for checking me out on the mobile phone instead of waiting in line, I told my in-laws I feel like I made a friend in Sephora!

The staff here know how to treat you well, I had a mixup with a perfume I recently bought and they were more than accommodating to help me. They honoured they’re error and gave me a gift with my item. Amazing customer service, will continue buying fragrances from them. 10/10!
