I was surprised that such young ladies were sent to aid in my housekeeping needs. They were none the less polite and respectful. They did a decent job, but still some minor areas were unreached. I appreciate the 24 cleaning policy and that they compped an oven cleaning. As a new first time mom, it was very helpful to get my home back on track

We signed up for the first time at a discounted price. The day of our last cleaning a charge for 4 weeks at full price was posted to our credit card. When we inquired they stated this was their policy and there is nothing they could do about it. When i escalated they stated they would make a one time exception and revers the charge....with a 10% admin fee. BAD BUSINESS! I proceeded to cancel and paid $58 for nothing.Service: Standard clean
