I was surprised that such young ladies were sent to aid in my housekeeping needs. They were none the less polite and respectful. They did a decent job, but still some minor areas were unreached. I appreciate the 24 cleaning policy and that they compped an oven cleaning. As a new first time mom, it was very helpful to get my home back on track

This company is run from Vancouver. My house sold quickly here in Kelowna and I needed a month end clean within 6 weeks and I couldn't find a local company that had an opening. So I thought I better jump on a time that Scrubbies had even though they quoted $698.00 as I was desperate. A few days later a local company had a cancelation and quoted me $350. I phoned Scrubbies to cancel clean. I was told money was non refundable. I was giving them plenty of notice but they refused. My bank canceled the Visa payment. Yeah, but they then sent my bill to collections. I paid collections. Then my Aunt sold her house. I tried to use my credit. I was told I'm not their client and I have no credit and was rudely hung up on. Really? Bad business to deal with. I'm out $698!! They could have honored the credit but chose not to. I say they deserve zero stars.
