I think we all know that dealing with companies to find parts or seeking information can become very irritating. Then along came Patrick at the RJames Kelowna branch. Ok RJames you need to give this guy a raise. Patrick is Seriously, and not only good at his job he is alway chippy when he answers the phone, and returns all my messages, and not in 1 or 2 weeks later more like 24 hours.
Since I have found Patrick I haven’t had to deal with any other companies. And won’t as long as he is there.

I went in to grab a couple of coolant fittings to help out a friend in this cold snap. Patrick went to the back and came back with exactly what I needed in about 4 minutes. Great service, great guy, if I was still pulling wrenches full time, he would be my go to guy. Made my great week better just by the short interaction I had with him! No wonder he gets such great reviews!
