Great if you are a contractor and have an account with them, but now terrible pricing-wise without an account as their new policy doesn't allow discounts without an account. Looking at previous receipts and the discount ranged from 25-47% so a pretty big difference.Example: Purchased grout for $18 with discount vs. $37 without discount (exact same product)Lots of selection and helpful employees at least.

Super helpful staff. Home DIYer here with limited tile experience. The staff, used to dealing with the pro community, still had loads of time to help me pick out product specific to my installation. They offered tips and instruction and actually tried to save me money. Go figure. Awesome place. Highly recommend.
