I couldn’t be happier with our experience having our roof re-shingled. Communication with Derek was excellent from start to finish, and the team was professional, respectful, and genuinely considerate of my home.
Especially appreciated the care they took around the landscaping and the thorough daily cleanup. Pitch Masters kept the property tidy throughout the entire project and clearly took pride in their work.
Excellent service and workmanship — highly recommend Pitch Masters Roofing!
I highly recommend Pitch Masters Roofing. We had them do our roof six years ago and we were really happy with their service and price back then. Last weekend we realised one of the roof vents was gone in a recent wind storm and Derek sent someone out to fix it on a Saturday night at 830 pm while the rain was pouring down. 5 star service for sure!!!
Derek and his team were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They were prompt, transparent, and incredibly respectful of both our home and our time. The workmanship is top‑notch — you can tell they take real pride in what they do. Our roof looks amazing, and the whole process was smooth, stress‑free, and clearly communicated. It’s rare to find a company this reliable and genuinely customer‑focused. Five stars all the way!
