Amazing Service - I had purchased some Ray-Ban Mets glasses directly from Ray-Ban and I was unable to get my new prescription lenses snapped into place. I swear I wasn’t in their store for 30 seconds before I was approached by Raman and once I explained the issue she assured me that she could resolve my problem. I circled back 3 hours later and picked up my glasses
So let me make this clear, I purchased my glasses from a different supplier, purchased my lenses online and ran into a problem and this company was gracious enough to assist - AT NO CHARGE 😳😳

I was having a problem with my left eye. Sunday at 3.30pm, no walk in clinics i tried were open. Went to Orchard park optometry just before closing with no appointment. They managed to get Dr Otte to see me. Amazing job. Thanks so much.

Very kind & professional. The process was extremely quick. I was using a program that helped me cover the cost of my glasses, exam and frames and there was absolutely no judgement from any of the staff members it was smooth & seamless.
