We were happy with the services provided by OnSide. Jason in the Kelowna office answered all our questions. His opinion was comparable with other contractors. He also discussed the limitations of restoration to us.

Thank you to Dustin/Chris and the entire Kelowna team !!! The restoration at 120 Kinney Ave Penticton was completed in the time estimated and the quality of the work was top notch. Every person that worked at the site was polite and professional. I would recommend the company to anyone needing work done!! My father is elderly and everyone made sure my dad fully understood the scope of the job !! Thank you so much. You should all be proud of the excellent team work !!!

From the first phone call to the last person leaving and closing the door behind them on side was fantastic. As well as my insurance claim for on-site. I also hired on side to install drywall, paint and finish an extra room that I had that was outside of the flood insurance. They did a great job on the claim as well as on my private job. I couldn't have been happier. From the project manager down to the dispatcher down to the people doing the work everyone at onside was professional, capable and seem to be very client driven. Thanks on side for taking the stress out of my water claim. You guys rocked it
