Hghly recommend this automotive shop -I have been going there since I moved here over 3 yrs ago ~ they remember you, your vehicle, they’re knowledgeable and thorough, are very reasonably priced, and twice have not charged for helping me. They offer shuttles, and have courtesy vehicles. Deserving of 5 stars, for sure.
Recently moved from out of province and had this shop recommended to me. They’re very communicative and professional. As soon as they found other issues they notified me with pictures and a quick phone call. Very happy with the work done, as well as not forcing me to do things that don’t need it yet- but letting me know the status of the current quality of some aspects of my truck that my need work soon. It took a few days to assess my truck and get parts in and they had a loaner so I could get around.
I was so happy to have found this place!!
A "backyard mechanic" had done some work on my car which resulted in having 3 dashboard warning lights to come on in my car. I had also wanted to get a second opinion on some very expensive work that this same mechanic was indicating that my car needed. After Kelowna Engine did their inspection, they discovered that this very backyard mechanic, who claimed to have had 21 years of professional experience, had managed to improperly install and subsequently ruin the part I supplied him with.
