Trevor was very helpful & patient with me. Got the job done in record time & answered all questions when I picked up the computer. Politely answered a question I had after I returned home! Thank you! Highly recommend this company!
We are new to Kelowna and chose this repair place based on excellent prior Google reviews. From the time we pulled up to the store, our experience was the opposite of what we were expecting. My son saved and built his own gaming computer, and it required some repair after two years and a failed attempt at fixing himself - which we’ve been encouraging as it is his hobby and he works very hard to earn the money to pay for this himself. The manager at the store was rude, belittling and very much made us feel like a nuisance interrupting his smoke breaks rather than a customer bringing revenue in the door. Any question I asked was rudely and condescendingly answered. Store did call and leave us a voicemail at 2pm letting us know what they found, which went unchecked due to school/work day. I went to pick up the computer by noon the business day after the VM was left and they charged an additional $50 “bench fee” for the time…..which from what I can tell is a rent charge for the time it spent sitting on their counter. I will not be back here for any future repairs on any of our family work/personal laptops, and would not recommend this establishment.
