Dec. 12th, 2024 ~ our furnace wasn't working properly this week and the service we received was prompt and straight-forward. I would recommend this company to anyone needing service. It's nice to have people like Fraser and Chris in our community to help us.
Fraser (owner) and Chris (technician) are great. Prompt efficient service. The job was done right the first time with friendly and professional diagnosis and resolution.. Highly recommended Murray’s to anyone.
Really great company we have had the best customer service. We had an install foe the furnace and hot water tank. They worked very hard in the older home as we had no heat last year. This year we have a tune up and the same consistency with service.I highly recommend them, they even walked me through something over the phone as I had Frozen pipes and they trouble shot something outside the scope of work.Fantastic company and staff is very polite and friendly.Thank you!
