Booking the appointment time of choice and obtaining a pre-work quote was made easy by Misti; Sophie provided excellent service advice and kept me informed throughout the process; the technician Brian made himself available to explain thoroughly the steps involved to complete the service (including photos), and Chris always manages to say hi and provide assurance that we will be looked after. Very impressed with the service. Problems with my car arose during service that were not foreseen and they worked with me to get it sorted out under some trying conditions. Much appreciated!

Just had some preventative service work completed on my old Audi TT and I have to say this shop was extremely good to deal with. Shea and Misti in the service dept were awesome. Also, big should out to the tech for being so careful and clean while working on it. Service worked with me on the cost to bring it to a level I was comfortable with and even had a little gift package at pick up time. I won’t forget the labour break I received due to the extent of the maintenance that was done. Car was returned spotless. Super impressed and will definitely refer Motorwerke to others and return for more service work in the future. ??
