I got a new car and needed a new set of wheels/tires. This independent shop really cares and they set me up with a beautiful set of wheels/tires. The car is a newer European make and it took a while until the TPMS sensors worked with the car so it took a little while longer. The wheels and tires are amazing, look great and function amazingly well in the colder weather. Misti the receptionist is wonderful. Overall the experience has been stellar. I recommend this shop since they are professional and have a passion for what they do.

I just wanted to send a quick note of my appreciation to all of your staff for my service today. From the moment I arrived I had excellent, friendly, customer service. This morning I was greeted by a couple of administration staff that were ready for me to drop my car off and process the paperwork. Then I was greeted by a friendly dog that just needed a morning back rub. After the paperwork was processed I was quickly shuttled to work on time by a happy, friendly excellent driver. At the end of the day I was picked up on time and got back to the shop through hectic Friday afternoon traffic. She was just as cheerful at the end of the day as she was at the beginning....read full review
