On the door it talks of being very friendly etc and I did not get that impression or feeling so much today, (July 16 am). Just a 2 of 5 stars as pleasantness goes and wow 4 bucks for a small wash load...has it really come to this giant rip off everywhere? I think 3 bucks is the right amount and fair! 8 bucks for a large load too, are they kidding? Washer broke down so had no choice but not rushing back here.
I can’t say enough good things about this place! I have been bringing my clothes in to be cleaned, as well as being altered, for over 10 years, and I can honestly attest to the exceptional service they have provided!
A few weeks ago, I brought in several items of clothes to be cleaned, and unfortunately one of the items was “too sensitive” to the dry cleaning process, and I received a phone call from Bart, the owner explaining in detail what had occurred. Great service. Clothes are always perfectly pressed, clean, and usually ready within the same week. If you have a deadline, they'll tell you up-front if your clothes will be ready in time.Dry cleaned my nice custom suit twice here now. The second time I had a large amount of candle wax that spilled on one of my pant legs at a wedding, and they removed it all without a trace or any additional charge.
