“I recently went in to get a perm done by Michelle, I was extremely unhappy with the way it turned out so I went back and talked to her and she offered to redo it in a couple of weeks, after a couple washes my hair was not at all curly but I had decided I didn't want another perm do to the amount of damage the chemicals had caused so I went back in to talk to Michelle to see if there was something else we could do since my hair wasn't curly at all anymore from the perm, I had expressed that I didn't want another perm right now and suggested a deep condition with a trim. She booked me in the next day for the service free of charge! I have never experienced such wonderful customer service! I was extremely happy with the trim along with how healthy my hair looked after the deep condition. I will definitely be back!! Highly recommend Michelle.“
