After being treated in a rather unfriendly manner I left my wedding dress to be opened up a bit as it was a size too small. ( She was recommended to me so I didnt care as long as I could wear my dress) I was told it could be opened an inch on each side of the zipper and had even called her and asked her to look at the dress to make sure, as it's getting close to our wedding date and needed to make sure it's going to fit, and I was told an inch on each side would be fine. Well a month later I picked up and paid for my dress and get it home just to try it on and only approx .5 of an inch had been done with the worst sewing job along the zipper. I'm at Lily's every few months getting something fixed or mended. She does a great job with a quick turnaround. It feels great to have someone this skillful give my garments a second life. I'm so happy I found Lily's! Thank you!

I asked for a new zipper and I got one. I didn’t specify whether it should look nice tho. It doesn’t line up and the stitching looks like it was running for its life. Some parts are sewed others not. This cost $70 for a new zipper. I have no idea what the going rate is but this isn’t very good quality. I think it was a 3 week wait
