Wow so glad I found John! He was friendly, professional and fast, clearly knew his stuff and more. My lock on my main entry door was constantly getting jammed with the key. I was headed to go and get another key thinking it was the key problem when actually, John told me no it’s a more of a Lock problem thankfully he was good enough to fill me in on how and why. Even giving me further tips on how to prevent further problems!! ….. If you have any trouble with any lock or anything else, he’s your guy !! Was an absolute lifesaver for me this afternoon after I stupidly locked my keys in my truck, 30 minutes after I called my truck was unlocked and I had my keys in my hand! Thank you again SO SO much! Couldn't recommend them more, 10/10
