We went there to find a piece of metal. We met the employee Cody who was exceedingly helpful and one of the friendliest person I've met in a while. He showed us a selection of metal and we chose what we needed. He cut it and when we were about to pay for it they gave it to us for free since it was only 3" long. A lot of businesses wouldn't even be bothered to help out a customer who only needed that small of a piece. I will recommend this shop to my friends and family if they are in need of any metal or fabrication.

Brought my 1970s tilting skidoo trailer to Don for some fabrication rework after the tilting mechanism failed. He redesigned and improved the locking pin. Fabulous service with a smile, on time at a reasonable cost. Will certainly recommend Kelowna Steel Fabricators and be a repeat customer when the opportunity arises.

Good all round fast, friendly, frugal and fine craftsmanship.I have a BOB bicycle trailer that these guys have helped me fix with a couple small welding jobs one in 2014 and a second in 2015. Really just very simple welding repairs probably not worth their time but they listened to what I needed and did an excellent job at a reasonable price.That’s all I ask for thanks,Trevor
