DO NOT bring your hard drives here!!! Brian was only able to recover 1/4 of the data and charged $200. Complete waste of money as I now have to bring it somewhere else! I had brought it to him the day that my hard drive showed signs of not working. After he failed at recovering my files I had a friend in IT look at it who found the exact same files in 1/4 of Brian's time. (wish I started with that route). Turns out that Brian deliberately unplugged something in my laptop (I've been shown, it cannot be accidental) to hide that he actually broke the screen. The guy from UbreakIfix just replugged it for free and we could see the big crack that Brian tried to hide, causing distorted colors and a black part on the right side of the screen. So please, never ever go...read full review
