Ryan was amazing!! He came last minute and not only gave us a very responsible quote but ended up being even less than quoted. As a single mom every penny matter especially for things that you don’t budget for. Hundred percent recommend you call Ryan.

Very helpful with getting keys cut for my sons japanese import car, he brought in his own blanks. It took a bit longer than expected, but apparently, it was a little more difficult than expected. They charged me based on the original quote, though.

A big thank you to Ryan for helping get my vehicle key fixed. Ryan was kind enough to let me come to his home immediately after calling him for assistance. He told me what was wrong and he fixed the key quicklly. As a result I was able to make it to work later that day. I would highly recommend Kelowna Lock and Key, their service is excellent and their Staff friendly and helpful.
