All the staff at Kelowna Ford were wonderful. Greg in sales listened and treated me like a person. Darryl in finance was open and up front and made me laugh like no ones business. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Our family’s needs have recently changed and we needed a full size SUV. We knew we wanted a Ford Expedition max so we scoured the entire province for just the right one that checked all the boxes. We finally found one after weeks and weeks of looking. We called the dealer and spoke with Pat. ( pat made this entire deal happen he was professional and made the deal easy) we made the 800 km drive to the dealer. We were greeted by Pat and he showed it to us for the first time in person. The unit was just as we were promised. The entire staff that day get a 5 star review great job. Great knowledge, very friendly staff, polite, and tried their very best to make sure I was fully informed about the sale, the vehicle and the follow up service I will be receiving. Very happy with my purchase and the trade-in value I received for my former car. Superb place to buy a vehicle!
