Helped booked an appointment over the weekend book for following week mentioned it was a work truck got me in right away, followed up with the warranty on the parts and layer that day it was completed. No drama no hidden charges just all around great service from the beginning.

Bought my dream jeep and I had the best experience with Miya!! Right from the beginning everything felt right and she made my experience so perfect! I have had many other people make me loose my hope with salesmen who always talked down to me and never gave me the experience I hoped for. Miya took that all away and gave me hope that there are amazing sales people out there. I can’t even recommend her enough!! It was time to visit Kelowna Chevrolet to look for a new vehicle, and I was really satisfied with the experience!!! The staff was friendly and professional, taking the time to understand my needs. The variety of vehicles was impressive, especially the trucks… I still desire that Suburban… The sales advisors are super knowledgeable about the features of each vehicle. The financing process was clear and straightforward. Overall, the atmosphere is comfortable, and I would always recommend visiting Kelowna Chevrolet to anyone looking for a new vehicle, or their new Suburban. :)
