I went in for an eye test with Dr Karen, she and the whole team there were friendly and welcoming. I was able to be seen to as son as I walked in and the process felt very smooth. It was a very personable experience, both myself and Dr Karen had previous been in the UK for coming to Kelowna so that made for interesting chat alongside the thorough examination and I would definitely recommend to others.
Doctor Karin made me feel more than comfortable in my appointment. She went out of her way to spend with me and went in between patients in order to get my drivers form completed with me. All experiences with Karin have been amazing. She genuinely cares about my health.
Been a steady IRIS client/patient for over 15 years... Always happy. Always grateful for insight and helpfulness from all the staff. Almost no turnover in staff makes it feel very much like family over time, and you can sense the same values when you're there. Positive vibes every time... Oh, and the services are top notch! ?
