We had some initial issues with the company, but then the owner of the company reached out and has given us a satisfactory resolution to our issues and has apologized for their employee's comments and errors.We are happy with this solution and wanted to share that they have owned their mistake and worked to resolve it.There is a possibility that the original employee that took our deposit, but wrote up the paperwork as paid in full and delivered may have scammed the company and they are a victim also.

Courteous, friendly staff and good selection of tile. We ordered too much tile and a refund was given 3 months later, no problem, though did have to pay a restocking fee. Love the shower wall tile and pebble floor tile!
