I attended Embody for the first time about 2 months ago. The RMT I had for the last 10 years retired. I met with Paul Leduc and during the intake interview I hi-lighted a few areas of long term trauma. Paul asked to address the concern areas from a different angle of treatment than I was accustomed to. I was sceptical but agreed. By goodness if I didn't feel immediate relief! To be clear it was deep tissue massage and the follow up IS imperative. He gave me some specific stretching exercises to utilize and try to get into a weekly routine. I cannot express how much better I have felt from this treatment. I feel unencumbered for the first time in about 15 years. Truly remarkable !! The clinic is very professional and although I have had limited contact with the rest of the team, the contact I've had has been courteous, friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend Paul and the team at Embody.
I had a deep tissue massage by Michael to target the upper back /shoulder /neck pain i have been having for quite some time due to my career as a hairstylist. While it was a bit uncomfortable and painful I have to say it was the BEST massage I have ever had . I will definitely continue returning to Embody for future treatments.
