I tried Cynthia because I found a groupon. Worst choice I could have made! I have spent 21 months and over 6,000 on weekly appointments. I have found out that her equipment is almost obsolete, she does not change needles between clients and doesn’t wear gloves. She takes cash. There is no receipt.there is no recourse for my wasted 6000.

The only good thing about this place was the price but that in itself is a red flag. She doesn’t take payment other than cash, talks incessantly, answers phone/texts during treatments and, most of all, her treatments don’t work. She claims to provide electrolysis but just plucks hairs, there is no current going through and if there is, it is so minimal it is ineffective. I do not recommend this place.

Found an offer on Groupon for electrolysis, thought I would try it. Would not recommend her at all. You pay for the time you're there. She took a phone call while I was there, and texted someone back. Then she is very chatty, and can not multitask unfortunately. So she had to stop when ever she talked.
