I have sold real estate for 20 years and have met a ton of inspectors. This was for my own home and moving from the lower mainland I didn't have "a guy" in Kelowna. PK was great to deal with. Very knowledgeable, thorough and had all the right equipment to checks for moisture heat. Didn't press the panic button on anything like some of the inspectors I have dealt with do and answered all the questions we had. I would highly recommend him for a great common sense inspection! Very personable.
PK ended up doing two inspections for us as the first property didn’t work out. After the first inspection we had immediately decided to get him to do our second home inspection with no hesitations! He was very responsive, detailed and thorough. The in-person walk thru was professional and he the time to get to know what our concerns were and address each one.
