Angus and his crew came through for me in an emergency when my 2006 X-Trail spring a radiator leak while visiting town. I called on referral from the shop next door and even though his schedule was busy he booked me in for the following morning, found me a radiator (no small feat!), had a quote to me within 2 hrs. of drop-off, and had the install and test drive done before 3:00pm. He even topped up my washer fluid when he noticed it was low. It was hands-down the friendliest, most professional, and highest quality service I've ever received from a shop. I'm incredibly impressed and grateful and highly recommend City Auto to anyone!
Love this place! I won't go anywhere else with my car. I totally trust these guys and wouldn't ever question their advice. Their prices are very fair and are so flexible with apt times, and always get me in quickly! Angus is very knowledgeable as well and always keeps me up to speed with what's going on with my car. He even checks up the day after an apt to see how my cars running. Very thoughtful and kind. 10/10 recommend
