I took my vehicle in due to the workers at Mr. Lube telling me my transmission fluid had metal shavings in it and I wasn’t sure it actually did since I hadn’t had the vehicle for very long.
I was told that there was nothing in the fluid at all. They ran a magnet through it and nothing.
Shout out to Tim!! Such a kind man. He didn’t charged me for the appointment which he didn’t have to do but he’s just that awesome!

I always get great service at the BCAA Auto Service Centre in Kelowna. Daniel Jimeno has helped me serval times with my vehicle and is always very friendly and knowledgable. He's such a gentleman and has never made me feel like he's trying to up sell me. I genuinely feel like he has my best interest in mind, which is rare thing to find these days. Highly recommend!

I would like to whole heartedly commend Daniel J, for his professional expertise on getting my plumbing van up and running FAST! We’re talking just a few hours and they were done with my blown apart serpentine/ac belt/coolant top up. It’s the customer service like yours that we need more of in this world.
Thank you Daniel for your professionalism, empathy and fast paced attitude. I would completely advise management to provide an immediate raise for Daniel; he’s a major asset.
