Excellent service. Very friendly staff Sales dept excellent (Randy) and Financial adviser (Kelli) are exceptional, their attention to detail and the fact they actually listen to their customers needs, is rare these days. I would highly recommend a visit to this Dealer , even if for service.

It was my first experience buying new and I'm so glad I did, thanks to brad and the team at kelowna mazda for the great service and getting me into a vehicle that fits my needs and more. Brad was a wonderful person to deal with not pushy and extremely honest, also never tried to up sell me once. We went through a lot of options and found what was best for me and within my budget. Can't thank the team there enough! If you are looking to buy a Mazda go talk to brad he won't let you down. Also felt like I was buying a rolls Royce with the way I was treated by everyone and looked after so no matter what you buy there they are gonna treat you very well.

Really pleasant to deal with. Bought my Mercedes from this dealership and finalized everything on phone. Drexler is really good to deal with and made it really convenient for me. Finance and sales managers were super nice. Highly recommended!
