had an excellent experience dealing with Audi Kelowna, especially working with Tim. I came in because I’ve been thinking about upgrading from my 2025 Subaru Forester to something with more power and performance, but without blowing past my budget—and Tim was fantastic to deal with throughout the process.
There was absolutely no pressure, no sales tactics, just an honest conversation about what I’m looking for now and what might make sense in the near future. Tim really listened to my needs, explained options clearly, and didn’t try to push me into anything that wasn’t the right fit. That alone says a lot about the professionalism here.
Kelowna Audi just offered the best car buying experience I have ever had. They were very helpful while picking a vehicle. They were able to fit the pick-up within my short timeframe with winter tires and roof rack installed. Thank you Tyler!
