I don’t have enough good things to say about this place. I’ve been going since they first opened and every experience is consistent professional relaxing and I always leave with PERFECT nails. I’m very very picky when it comes to nails and have literally tried almost every place in Kelowna - the products they use here and the training of all the staff is so so so obvious. You can feel it when they’re using products how luxurious and high end even the most basic products they use are. They don’t cheap out any where.
