Extremely helpful staff. I called near end of day on a Saturday to see if I could bring in an interior door damaged by a dog. I needed to purchase a new door and have them install new hinges using the exact existing measurements so I wouldn’t need to replace the frame. I’m from out of town and wanted to get it done for my sister before going home the next day. Although the door expert doesn’t work Saturdays, the staff bent over backwards to meet my timeline. I’m so appreciative of this kind of service. Thanks guys!!!

Dominique worked with me over the course of a month or two while I tried to work out exactly what I was looking for which included multiple quotes. She was kind, patient, and extremely accommodating and helpful. I was handed over to Scott to get my order completed and he was also helpful and lovely.
