I’ve been in the industrial sector for a long time and customer service, never-mind good customer service, can be difficult to find these days. Tracer Electric blew me away with their service model. I called on a Friday afternoon and someone was by to assess our situation by end of day. I had my quote by Tuesday (there was a stat on the Monday) and by Thursday they were onsite completing the job. I have to say that the service is second to none.
