I have to give Southgate Auto a big thank you. After arriving in Kamloops I noticed I had a leak in my radiator. Contacting Southgate Auto they quickly ordered the part and changed it. They check other things and was on my way to Vancouver Island. Great service and excellent to deal with.
In the last 3 months I’ve gotten my brakes done, new rubber, oil change and today I just got my radiator done. The front staff, to the young fella that drove me home and picked me up are beyond exceptional. The quality of work, how it was explained what needed to happen etc etc. was nothing short of and is nothing short of professionalism at its finest. It’s nice going to a place where things are explained to you in great detail, with options. I cannot recommend Southgate enough. Really a great experience and I’ll be going back for all vehicle related maintenance, or fixes in the future. Thank you
Southgate is hands down the best automotive repair shop I’ve ever been to in Kamloops. It’s worth the wait if they are booked up and busy. They are efficient, trustworthy, friendly, and professional.
